  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup ghee(butter)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  1. Prepare cashew powder: If you are using frozen cashews, first keep them at room temperature and grind them. Put cashews in a mixer grinder and grind them finely so that they become like powder. But do not grind too much otherwise it will become smooth.

  2. Prepare sugar: Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water in a pan and heat the sugar. Heat the mixture until it thickens. So that a branch can be formed from it.

  3. Preparation of Kaju Katli: Reduce the flame and now add cashew powder to the hot sugar and mix well. After this, slowly add ghee and mix well.

  4. Now keep stirring it continuously with a spoon until it becomes thick. It will take about 5-7 minutes to cook. Kaju Katli will become hard if cooked too much.

  5. Delicious Kaju Katli is ready: Now your Kaju Katli is ready. Take it out in a clean plate or box, keep it for a while and let it cool. Then cut it as per your choice.
