  • Cabbage – 1/2 cup chopped
  • Capsicum – 1/2 cup chopped
  • Oil – 1 teaspoon (for rice)
  • Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Tomato Sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Soya Sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Schezwan Sauce – 1+1/2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (for rice)
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Boiling Rice Recipe(How to Boil Rice)

Put about 4 cups of water in a vessel, cover it and boil it. After boiling, add 1 cup (200 grams) of Basmati rice (wash and soak in water for 10-15 minutes) or you can also soak the rice for 10-15 minutes and then put it directly in water and boil it.

Also add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil, this will make the rice swell well. Now cover it and cook for 5 minutes, remember that you do not have to cover it completely, leave it a little open.

Now after roasting the vegetables, slow down the gas flame and add cooled rice to it. Also add soya sauce, vinegar, schezwan sauce and tomato sauce to it. Now mix them gently and turn off the gas, Schezwan fried rice will be ready. Serve it and enjoy it to the fullest.
