  • 2 cups raspberries (washed and dried)
  • 1 cup jaggery (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup coconut (shredded)
  • 1 small bowl ghee
  • 1 small bowl semolina
  • 1 small bowl flour
  • 1 small bowl khoya
  • 1/2 small bowl milk powder
  • 1 small bowl jaggery water
  • 1 small bowl sugar syrup
  • 1/2 small bowl coconut powder
  • 1 small bowl ghee (for greasing)
  • Almond and pistachio pieces (for decorate)
  1. Preparation of raspberries: First of all wash and dry the raspberries. Peel the washed and dried raspberries slowly and clean them thoroughly.

  2. Prepare semolina-flour mixture: Heat ghee in a vessel. Mix semolina and flour and fry until it becomes light golden.

  3. Make jaggery paste: Now chop jaggery in a separate vessel and make jaggery paste by adding little water to it and boiling.

  4. Make the mixture: Now mix the semolina-flour mixture, coconut, khoya, milk powder and all other ingredients well in the boiling jaggery paste.

  5. Make a pot: Put jaggery water and syrup in a pan, boil it and make a pot.

  6. Make raspberry dessert: Now slowly add raspberries to the mixture and keep boiling.

  7. Add coconut powder: Now add coconut powder and boil the mixture until it thickens a little.

  8. Grease with ghee: Grease a plate with ghee and take out the prepared mixture in it and set it well.

  9. Decorate with almonds and pistachios: Now decorate the dessert with pieces of almonds and pistachios and let it cool.
