- 400 grams (2 cups) sugar
- 1 liter milk
- 15-20 pieces (if you like) saffron
- 14-15 cashews (cut into small pieces)
- 1 tablespoon (cleaned) chironji
- 3-4 (peeled or crushed) cardamoms

Chenna Preparation :
Boil milk and add lemon juice to it.
Filter the milk and wash the chenna thoroughly so that the taste of lemon juice does not remain in it.
Wash chenna thoroughly with water and let it cool.

Take out a vessel and grind the chenna with a rolling pin so that it becomes soft.
Now take it out in a vessel and add 2 cups of sugar in it.
Mix the mixture well and grind it again with a rolling pin.
