Ingredients For Missi Roti Recipe
- 1+1/2 cup gram flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon kasuri methi
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
- Salt as per taste
How To Make Missi Roti
1. First of all, take one and a half cup gram flour in a vessel.
2. Now add crushed red chilli, turmeric, crushed coriander, salt to taste, finely chopped green chilli, onion, green coriander, kasuri methi and 2 tablespoons oil and mix everything well.
3. Knead soft dough with the help of water. Keep the dough covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Now make dough balls and roll the roti.
5. Apply water on one side of the roti and put it on the hot pan from the same side. When the roti starts puffing a little, hold the pan and roast it directly on the flame.
6. When the roti is cooked, take it out with the help of a knife or spoon, apply butter on it and serve with dal makhani, matar paneer or gobi, aloo etc.
