- 400 grams cheese(Paneer), chopped
- 1 cup peas, boiled or plain
- 4 large onions, chopped
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews
- 4-5 green chillies, chopped
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 spoons oil
- Salt as per taste

Paneer Preparation – Heat oil in a pan and cook the paneer thoroughly until it turns golden.

Gravy preparation – Heat oil in a separate vessel and add cumin seeds. When it starts cooking, add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste and tomato. Now mix everything and cook on low flame.

Add spices – Add all the spices in this mixture – garam masala, coriander powder and salt. Now add cream, cashew nuts, green chillies and mix well.
