Ingredients For Paneer Khurma Recipe
Paneer(Cheese) – 250 grams
Sugar – 3/4 cup
How To Make Paneer Khurma(Belgrami Sweet Recipe)
Add 3/4 cup sugar and 1.5 cups (1 cup + 1/2 cup) water in the cooker and cook until the sugar dissolves in the water. Meanwhile, cut 250 grams of paneer into pieces. Then add the pieces of paneer one by one on top of the sugar dough in the cooker.
Now close the cooker and cook on high flame until one whistle comes. When the whistle sounds, reduce the heat and cook on low flame for 30 minutes. After the time is over, turn off the heat and open the cooker. Then cook it without covering it until the syrup thickens.
While cooking them, you have to keep stirring them in between so that it does not stick to the bottom. When the syrup becomes like a string, turn off the heat and let it cool down a little. When they cool down, filter them and separate the syrup. Then keep it in a sieve for 2 hours.
When the time is over, they will become hard and in this way our Paneer Khurma will be ready. Serve them and enjoy their taste with your family.

- Paneer should not be taken too soft.
- When one whistle comes while cooking Paneer Khurma, the flame should be reduced completely, so that the pressure remains for 30 minutes but the whistle does not come again and again.
- When they cool down completely, store them in a container and put them in the fridge.
- These can be stored for up to 15 days and then eaten.
