How To Make Sweet Potato Chaat
To make sweet potato chaat, roast the sweet potato. For this, put sweet potato and 1 to 2 tablespoons of water in a polythene, so that the sweet potato becomes soft and roasted. Then cover it with polythene and keep it in microwave and microwave it for 7 minutes. After this check the sweet potato.
To check the sweet potato, touch it lightly while protecting your hand from steam, if the sweet potato starts pressing on its own then the sweet potato is ready. Remove them from the polythene and let it cool. After this peel them with the help of a knife and then cut them into half inch pieces.
Take out the pieces in a bowl and add black salt, roasted cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon green chilli chutney, 2 teaspoon sweet chutney, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and some green coriander. Mix all the ingredients well in the sweet potato.
Sweet potato chaat is ready. Take out the sweet potato chaat in a plate and sprinkle all the spices again in small quantities on it. Also add half a teaspoon of sweet chutney and green coriander for garnishing. Very spicy and tasty sweet potato chaat is ready. Serve it and enjoy it with your family.
