Ingredients For Palak Paneer Recipe

  • 500 grams Paneer
  • 1 big puri Spinach chopped
  • 2 Big Onion
  • 4 Tomato
  • 4 Green chilli
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
  • 1 teasppon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 spoons Ghee (if desired)

How To Make Palak Paneer

  • First, wash the spinach and cut it into small pieces or grind it in a mixer.
  • Cut the cheese into small pieces and put oil in a pan and add the chopped cheese. Cook it till it turns golden and then keep it aside.
  • Heat oil or ghee back in the pan, then add cumin seeds. As soon as the cumin seeds splutter, add onion and fry until it turns golden.
  • Now add ginger and garlic paste, grated tomatoes, green chillies, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Cook it well.
  • Now add grated or ground spinach and cook it well.
  • When the spinach is cooked well, add chopped cheese to it and cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
  • Now add salt as per taste and serve hot Palak Paneer with roti, naan etc.
