- 2 teaspoons garam masala

How To Make Kadai Paneer
- First of all, heat oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, add tomato puree to the pan and fry it well.
- Add green chilli, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala to the tomato puree. Mix all the spices and fry it well.
- Now heat oil in a separate Kadai and add Kadai Masala in it. Add onion to the kadai masala and fry it until golden.
- Add grated tomatoes to the fried onions and mix well and fry.
- Add grated capsicum to the tomato-onion mixture and fry it.
- Then, add chopped paneer and mix well and fry.
- Now add Kadhai masala to the well roasted mixture and then garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
