Ingredients for Kadai Paneer Recipe

  • 500 grams Paneer, Chopped
  • 4 Onions, grated
  • 4 Tomato, grated
  • 2 green capsicum, grated
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 4 green chillies, grated
  • 1 cup kadhai masala
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 cup oil
  • curry leaves to crackle in the kadai
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

How To Make Kadai Paneer

  1. First of all, heat oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, add tomato puree to the pan and fry it well.
  2. Add green chilli, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala to the tomato puree. Mix all the spices and fry it well.
  3. Now heat oil in a separate Kadai and add Kadai Masala in it. Add onion to the kadai masala and fry it until golden.
  4. Add grated tomatoes to the fried onions and mix well and fry.
  5. Add grated capsicum to the tomato-onion mixture and fry it.
  6. Then, add chopped paneer and mix well and fry.
  7. Now add Kadhai masala to the well roasted mixture and then garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
  8. Your Kadhai Paneer Recipe is ready, serve it with roti or naan.
