- 1 Large Onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped

- 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 small tbsp cumin
- 1/2 cup water
- 3-4 garlic cloves, chopped

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon mint powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make Pasta
- First of all, add a little salt to water and boil the pasta in it. Keep stirring and cook for 8-10 minutes or until completely cooked.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and fry until golden. Then add grated onion and garlic and fry until it turns golden brown.
